Now Hicks wants to talk -- It's funny that Tommy Hicks now has an opinion about Florida coach Urban Meyer. When Nick Saban came to Alabama, his players had all kinds of problems in his first year. We didn't hear one single peep out of Hicks then. Now that it's Florida and Meyer, he has an opinion that he wants to share with other people. It just so happens it's the same opinion being shared by a million others in this state. Way to go out on a limb, Tommy. Bama fans are laughable -- Do Alabama fans realize how hypocritical they are by continuing to bring up the Brandon Spikes deal? I'm certainly no Urban Meyer fan, but for Alabama fans to complain about this is hilarious. Do you remember the DJ Hall one-game suspension that turned into a half-game suspension? Do you remember all the guys who were arrested on the Strip and never got suspended at all? Now you guys are complaining about Florida not suspending a player? This is absolutely absurd. Saban has never suspended anyone on his team. The only time Saban has suspended any player on his team was because the university forced him to for violating NCAA rules. For Alabama fans to act like they'd take the high road in this situation is laughable. Tiffin better warm up -- For every touchdown that LSU scores, Alabama will have to score three field goals. That's a lot of work for Alabama's offense. If Alabama can kick three field goals for every touchdown, they'll have the advantage, but they better hope they don't get down more than one score. Cap coaches' salaries -- To all the people complaining about the Yankees' salaries: How much you want to bet 95 percent of these people are Alabama fans who have no problem with Nick Saban's salary, and in fact want to pay him more? Maybe there should be a cap on coaches' salaries, too. WANT MORE SOUND OFFs? If you want more Sound Offs, sign up for SOUND OFF Plus and receive them via e-mail each day!
