'Justice was not served' About the Herman Thomas case: Justice was not served. I wish I could have been on the jury. The outcome might've been different. The power of the tie I think I know how Judge Thomas got off on that trial. I think it was when he changed the tie. The tie will do it every time. Back to work I hope that now that the Herman Thomas matter is over, John Tyson Jr.'s office will get back to prosecuting real criminals. Good old crooked Mobile This just proves how crooked Mobile's justice system is. You saw it coming, though. He gets off just like any other official. Mobile's always been crooked. A new job for Thomas I am so glad that Herman Thomas has been acquitted! Now President Obama can hire him to preside over the early release of the terror suspects in Guantanamo Bay. I'm sure the liberals will approve of spankings for the judges' self-gratification over waterboarding any day. Hooray for justice in Mobile. Plenty of physical evidence Does anyone watch "Forensic Files" in Mobile? Those men's fluids were there! Motive, opportunity, witnesses, evidence. The man is guilty of something — if only perversion. What do we have to do? God pulls the strings I would like to rephrase Mr. Clark's statement regarding Judge Thomas' acquittal: Thank God, not Mr. Clark, for through him, all things are possible. You are a mere child of God, Mr. Clark. Thank God I thank God for being a just and honest God. People don't appreciate what you do. And thank God for being God and thank God for letting Cowboy Clark defend Judge Thomas. 'Trust the jurors' The Thomas case ended with the right verdict. All those who didn't believe in him should know better. It was too polished and too clean. The jurors are smart people. They went back with the evidence and applied the law. He was acquitted. Trust the jurors. A separate set of laws We all know in Mobile that our judges and lawyers have their own little club that keeps justice from happening to their own group. This isn't the same "justice for all," and it's a disgrace to all good, honest citizens in Alabama. MORE OPINION
