Daphne Elementary

sends condolences

The students, teachers and parents of Daphne Elementary School would like to reach out to the family of Mr. Donald Poling and let them know we all appreciated Mr. Poling's volunteer work for the school in directing the car rider line.

Mr. Poling always had a smile and a wave for us in the morning and afternoon and he will be greatly missed. Thank you, Mr. Poling.

Student grateful for

HK Motors project

As a citizen of Baldwin County, I would like to commend the Baldwin County Commission for supporting HK Motors in locating in Bay Minette. HK Motors will provide much-needed jobs and help our local economy. Since HK will be producing hybrid vehicles, it is good to see that the project will be environmentally friendly. This project will also open the door for other companies to bring their businesses to our region.
