    Hoover's decision to eliminate bus service doesn't mean Vestavia Hills will follow suit, said Vesta­via's mayor. "We're moving forward with bus service whether Hoover abandons theirs or not," said Mayor Alberto "Butch" Zaragoza. "We plan on keeping our route. It may go to the bridge at I-65 and turn around.     Vestavia Hills City Coun­cilwoman Mary Lee Rice criticized Hoover's decision to end transit service at the end of the month. The Hoo­ver City Council voted Oct. 19 to end bus service after officials learned Hoover owed more for bus service in the 2009 fiscal year than anticipated.
