Leeds Art Council hosts artist reception

The Leeds Arts Council is hosting a reception for Winfield artist Donna Smothers on Sunday. The event will be at the Leeds Theatre and Arts Center, 8140 Parkway Drive in downtown Leeds. Leeds to hire firm to do stormwater reports

The Leeds City Council has voted to hire Lucas Engineers Inc. to help re-create two years of documentation of the city's stormwater management practices.
