These crimes were reported to Birmingham police:
Earlene Parnell, 51, of Birmingham, said a man hit her in the head and robbed her around 7 a.m. Saturday as she looked under her hood after having car trouble at Fourth Avenue South and Oporto Madrid Boulevard. She fought with the man, who threatened to kill her, before giving the man money.
Raymond Eisher, 23, of Birmingham, told police two men, one who had a gun, robbed him after he got out of his car in the 2300 block of Eufaula Avenue about 12:30 a.m. Saturday. Items the two men took included keys, a cell phone, money and jacket. Kent Faulk --
