Bring your little engineers for a ride they’ll never forget on this brand new choo choo! The riding train departs from the front of McWane Science Center and chugs around the Joseph S. Bruno Science Plaza. The Magic of Model Train exhibit features over a dozen different train displays including several tiny trains that are built to scale with surrounding cities and scenes including the LG&W that depicts central Alabama in the 1950’s, the magical Harry Potter layout, the Scenic Ridge where trains wind through the hillside, and Apple Valley where trains travel from the city into the countryside.
