Investors paid $200,000 for a 10,000-square-foot warehouse on S. Hickory Street in Foley, and plan to open an air conditioner manufacturing facility there, according to Tim Her rington of Herrington Realty .

The city of Fairhope paid $875,000 for 38.9 acres at the corner of Manley Road and Baldwin County 13 with plans to use it for sports and recreation fields, according to Ruffin Gra ham of RJG Real Estate & De velopment , one of the sellers. The property is near Fairhope High School.

• Virginia College leases space at Festival Centre
Virginia College has leased 60,293 square feet at Mobile Festival Centre on Airport Boulevard and plans to open in spring 2010, according to Josh Burmeister of SRS Real Estate Partners, who represented the center owners, Kimco Realty Corp. based in New York.
